Privacy Policy
How enquiry and booking information submitted through this site is collected and used.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This policy explains how Alan Eves ("I", "me") collects and uses information submitted through this website, alaneves.com.
What I collect
When you use an enquiry form on this site, I collect what you provide directly — typically your name, email address, company or organisation, website URL, what you'd like help with, and your message. If you choose to share it, you can also paste context from a conversation you had with ChatGPT; this is entirely optional, and I have no access to your ChatGPT conversations beyond what you paste in yourself.
If you book a call, scheduling is handled directly by Calendly, a third-party service. Please refer to Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle your booking details.
This site also uses standard analytics to understand how it's used (such as page views and button clicks), and may capture campaign parameters from the URL (e.g. from an advert) so I can see which campaigns enquiries come from.
How I use it
I use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, understand your situation ahead of a call, and measure which campaigns or pages enquiries come from. I don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it's stored
Form submissions are stored and processed through Webflow's form handling, and a notification is sent to my own email so I can respond. You can ask me to delete your submission at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To do so, email alan@alaneves.com.
