What should a digital growth strategy contain?

A clear commercial objective, the audiences that matter, the growth constraints, the acquisition and retention model, conversion priorities, measurement, technology requirements, ownership and a practical sequence of work. It should also say what the business is not going to do. Strategy is partly about making choices; a document that treats every channel as a priority is normally a plan, not a strategy.
